LineUp started from a simple observation: across East Africa, the biggest bottleneck in public service delivery isn't funding, willpower, or skilled staff — it's the queue. Long, unstructured, opaque queues that drain time, dignity, and institutional trust. We're building the software layer that makes those queues disappear.
OUR MISSION
